Led by founder Joe Sampson, who brings nearly two decades of experience in agricultural equipment sales, OEM partnerships, sales team development, and strategic planning. Based in Johnston, Iowa, and deeply familiar with the dynamics of Midwest growers and dealers, Joe is uniquely positioned to help MagrowTec identify, onboard, and support new dealer partners across the region.
Since 2022, Joe has served as a board member of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA)—an organization dedicated to supporting independent farm equipment manufacturers, especially those outside the scope of large full-line OEMs. Through FEMA, Joe is actively involved in fostering connections, sharing industry insights, and advocating for the competitiveness of shortline and specialty equipment manufacturers within the broader agricultural machinery ecosystem.
