We are thrilled to announce the appointment of James Turtle as Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand, effective January 1, 2025, succeeding Anthony Williams.
Reporting directly to the CCO, Mauro Cerati, James will oversee sales, strategy, and business development in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the ANZ Sales team, James will focus on strengthening MagrowTec’s existing partnerships while forging new relationships with growers and industry partners. His leadership aims to expand MagrowTec’s reach in these key markets over the coming years.
With over a decade of experience in agricultural machinery sales, James has demonstrated a proven ability to drive growth and innovation. Notably, he transformed a Co-Op selling agri-inputs into Australia’s largest dealership for one of the region’s leading sprayer brands.
Since joining MagrowTec in May 2023, James has delivered impressive results, showcased exceptional leadership, and aligned with the company’s vision, making him the ideal choice to lead the next chapter in Australia and New Zealand.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences and is a qualified horticulturist. Outside of work, he operates a lifestyle farm, bringing firsthand agricultural experience to his role.
