MagrowTec is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Butler as US Sales Director, strengthening the company’s commercial team as it continues to expand its presence across the United States.
Mike joined MagrowTec on 31 August 2026 and will report to Kyle Bennett, MagrowTec’s Director of North America. In his new role, Mike will work closely with MagrowTec’s Territory Managers to support sales activity across the US, strengthen relationships with existing dealers and expand the company’s dealer network in territories where MagrowTec does not yet have representation.
Mike brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across agricultural equipment, manufacturing, dealerships, sales and distribution, with extensive experience developing sales teams and dealer networks. Most recently, Mike served as Vice President at Pike MFG, where he led sales, service and parts alongside wider commercial and operational responsibilities. During his tenure, he helped expand the company’s dealer network nationwide and delivered significant sales growth.
His previous experience also includes senior sales and operational leadership positions with Nationwide Trailers, GVM Inc., Ag Solutions Group and Hardi North America. At GVM, Mike managed Territory Managers nationwide and helped deliver a 45% increase in revenue, while at Hardi North America he led sales operations across the US and Canada and expanded the company’s dealer network.

Mike’s appointment comes as MagrowTec continues to strengthen its US operations and expand access to its patented magnetic-assist spray technology, helping growers improve spray coverage and deposition, reduce drift and get more from every spray application.
