MagrowTec is excited to announce that Russ Drenth has joined the team as U.S. Sales Director, based in Iowa.
Reporting directly to the CCO, Mauro Cerati, Russ will focus on expanding MagrowTec’s customer base and deepening relationships with growers, dealers, and strategic partners. He will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial strategy and execution to support continued growth in North America. A key part of his mission will be building and mentoring a high-performing sales team that aligns with MagrowTec’s values and long-term vision. Russ will also lead efforts to strengthen channel partnerships and enhance the company’s presence within the dealer ecosystem.
Russ brings more than two decades of deep expertise in industrial and agriculture equipment, B2B and B2C market development, spraying solutions and agriculture seed markets—making him exceptionally well-suited to lead MagrowTec’s commercial expansion in North America.
His career includes senior roles at leading companies such as Cornelius Seed, Intelligent Ag (a division of AGCO), Danfoss Power Solutions, and Metaris, where he consistently drove revenue growth, built high-performing teams, and led the development of innovative go-to-market strategies.
Fluent in English and proficient in German, Russ brings a global perspective to his work. Outside of the office, he enjoys international travel and cultural exchange, bicycle touring, and business consulting.
